Yoga Stops Traffick is an annual event where people all over the world get together for a yoga practice to show their support of Odanadi, a Mysore-based charity working to combat human trafficking.

The next Yoga Stops Traffick event takes place this Saturday, 15th March 2014. So wherever you are, roll your mat out this Saturday morning, and join in to help raise awareness about human trafficking. It's karma yoga time = yoga of action, yoga of selfless (altruistic) service!

Find a participating yoga studio near you, or do your practice at home (or wherever you may be at the time) and then make your donation online.

Whether you'll choose to flow through all 108 sun salutations, or do just a couple, the most important thing is to show up and show your support!

Last year (watch the video here) the event brought together 3,000 people in 38 countries, 95 yoga studios, parks, homes, beaches and mountaintops around the world, and helped raise over £30,000 for Indian organisation Odanadi Seva Trust, to give survivors of human trafficking the chance of a better future.
